Would like to order English Thyme seeds

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I just sent them an email and told him of my problem with the product and shipping.
Plants were delivered by UPS into had multiple lambs broken off.
Could have bought the same plants locally a lot nicer plants with no broken limbs for the same price as burpee so them to me that was supposed to be 25% off glad I didn't pay full price!
Contacting customer support by email and received a reply that someone would contact me in 24 hours or so that was last Friday this is Monday night. No worries lesson learned disgruntled former customer.

Lack of germination; Burpee Seeds' terrible reputation for inferior product started 12 to 15 years ago, worthless product. My pictures show the results after three weeks of planting!

Major disappointment
First of all, let me say that, despite being a Rutgers Master Gardener, I do not grow anything from seed so I was only somewhat happy to receive a $50 Burpee's gift certificate from my son for Christmas. Scanning the online catalog in order to purchase a plant at this time of the year I decided to get two hellebores since I like the plant and I grow the plant The total bill came to $62 or $31 per plant.
Today I received the two hellwbore plants and I could not have been more stunned.
Not only are these the sorriest looking plants that I've seen in a long time, there wasn't even a note saying thank you for your business or here's how you grow hellebores. I am seriously doubting that one of them is going to even survive but I will honestly say I would never buy anything from Burpee again.

I try these seeds maybe 4 or 5 times over many years. It seems like Burpee is in all the stores.
A few years pass & think maybe I will get some good this year. They have made maybe $50. off of me over the years. I have not one plant to show for my money and time.
Other seeds I pick, plants I buy & get from friends grow. Not one plant from Burpee Seeds.

Burpee Lost the Order, and Billed Me
Ordered half a dozen items late in May, which were charged to my credit card on 4-28-2025. No invoice, no shipment, no communication from Burpee. Most of the time one needs an order number for inquiries, and part of my problem is that I have no invoice.
Burpee is not responsive, and seems to feel no urgency to correct whatever errors led to a lost order and the shady practice of billing when the order has not shipped.
On top of all this, no communication unless I initiate it, and no explanation or action that seems designed to rectify the problem

I purchased a package of Burpee Sweet Pepper Carnival Blend packaged for 2025 from Home Depot. I planted each seed in a starter kit on March 3, 2025.
After a month, only two seedlings grew. Awful! I'll never buy Burpee again in my life.
I cannot give any stars. Too bad there are no negative stars.

Burpee Seeds unsatisfactrey all around
Burpee's response to sending poor quality and ureasonably undersized plant was to "plant it & contact us in 4 weeks if there's and issue."
That wasn't bad enough, but the poor prince was about 1.5 inches tall & so poor quality, it was laughable at $15.
The Blue looked as expected - sever good branches, nice leaves, and about 7" tall.
Customer service person said email a photo to custserv@***.com. I tried that for a week only to have every email returned via mail Demon. After calling customer service a second time, put on hold for many minutes to be told that "Some of this year's plants are smaller than usual." and that I should "plant it. if in 4 weeks it doesn't survive, call them."

I will never ever purchase from Burpee, nor will I ever give them a positive review or recommend purchasing their merchandise. In my book their response tells me they have poor quality control & are not a caring company - they appear to neither care about customer satisfaction nor their plants.

Wrong items and no blooms.
First one of the items were sent double and they didn't send a correct one. Customer service when I called was as if I was bothering her, unpleasant girl.
Just pulled out half the plants that died off. They are morning glory and no flowers. Last year there was lots of blooms on them.
Those seeds were from another company I will never order from this company again. What a waste.

I purchased a package of Burpee, bush, sugar, baby watermelon seeds, and only two seeds in the package germinated I planted the seeds in a flower pot in starter soil and kept them in the house. Only two seeds of the whole package germinated.
I have gone round and round with Burpee Customer Service about Burpless Cucumber seeds and what grew were 5-6" very chubby cucumbers and not the 10" cucumbers that were burpless. After sending in pictures of the package of seeds and our garden where the seeds were planted I was told that "The Garden Sweet Burpless Hybrid is gynoecious, that is, it produces only female plants, therefore a pollinator is included in the packet." Obviously, the package was filled incorrectly because we planted 21 of the 26 seeds in the package, surely there was a female in there plus a pollinator.
They offered me $1.99, the price of the package of seeds.
I thought they should have provided the funds to purchase the cucumber we like at the grocery store at $1.99 each for the summer. Their offer of $1.99 offended me and our efforts to grow Burpee Seeds.

Sent away for an average-sized new plant and got a 2' pot with loose soil falling out and a dead sprig.
